Hi Katie

You don't say if your wanting apartments or hotel so I'll suggest both ha ha

For apartments I can recommend the Demircioglu Apartments, I stayed here in July last year and it was a suntrap round the pool in the afternoon. The staff are fab so you girls will have a laugh with them, think John said the apartments are being done up so you can't go wrong and they are on the main road and close enough to the beach.

For Hotels I was going to recommend the Private but after last years complaints about the bar area don't think I'll bother ha ha. Maybe the Selen II Hotel, nice basic hotel but I don't think the pool area gets much sun in the afternoon but if your beach girls it might suit you and your budget.

Katie I would go with Demircioglu like everyone else is saying...although I never actually stayed there I did spend a lot of time around the pool during the day and staff are lovely also its in the best part of icmeler (in my opinion) if not there then maybe Selen aparts? Me and Kayleigh have been there a couple of times and they're a good size but the pool in the afternoon isn't that good - not so much of a sun trap!

Or what about grass aparts? I know quite a gew groups of girls who have stayed there and loved it.

Feel free to chat to me on facebook about it...can try and help you! :)

No probs Katie you know I'm always ready to answer anything to do with Icmeler haha

Alison they're basic but lovely...i've heard of people saying they're small but both times I stayed there my room was the biggest compared to any other one I've stayed in in Icmeler! The bedrooms are fairly small but comfy and the living area is quite large with 2 sofabeds and a kitchen unit with hob and fridge. Balconies are also large..great for sitting out on having a drink in the sun :)

Your close to everything but far enough away that when the music stops at midnight you don't hear a thing!

You have a small market next door and the guy there is great at giving you a good exchange rate..no matter where I stay in Icmeler I always go there to get money changed.

The selen hotel which is right across from the apartments has a pool with a slide and is good in the morning for catching the sun but not so good in the afternoon...good entertainment at night and great drinks offers if that's your kind of thing...also like I said before close to everything...tansas is a 3 minute walk away and the canal in your opposite direction around the same amount of time!

Staff from last year were lovely - a lot of them I knew from years before in different bars

I can't really think of any bad points about these apartments I love them and always try to book there when I go :)

You'll have a great time in there :) Enjoy your holiday when it comes!!

Looking forward to it now

Julie the Moonlight is a very nice place but gets a little claustrophobic for some people as we have been told.

Hi Katie,
I would try Grass Apartments, right bang in the centre, Salman and his staff are great, you have hob nob which is a night club on site, what more could a group of girls want? !! We have stayed there twice and are going back this year for a 3rd time, the pool area is lovely and clean, rooms are quite simple , clean with a seperate bedroom, I have photos on my facebook if you want a look and I think some on here from last year :) the music doesnt keep you awake either - double glazing  Jan
