Question 1 = Ustun,Greenmar or Avlu 3 ?????????????????????????????????? 6 adults 2 children, 3 aparts

Of the 3 John I would choose the Ustun.
Then again the pool is not very big for the children.
Glad I dont have to make the final decision

I would tend to agree with Gene, but it all comes down to your own personal requirements and preferences. For instance, if you prefer to spend most of your time at the beach, a small pool isn't necessarily a drawback.

Demircioglu............

Larger pool, good bar and restaurant attached, more chance of company for the kids and best of all Vince has builders in ripping it out and its all being redecorated and done up

never stayed at the other 2 but the Green mar is nice
basic but clean
and worth the money you pay
decent sized pool but maybe not enough for everyone
hope you pick the right decision in the end im sure you will

Is that the apartments as well as the restaurant JT?

The apartments are all being re done Rew yes Can't wait to see the pics of it.

John deffo not the Avlu 3, it's small and claustraphobic and last year had a sign on the gate saying they were called a different name.

I'd say the Ustun - just for it's location (quiet but in the middle everything!)

Hi John I am unable to send you a PM.
The Aparts you have booked are 1st class but has I have reported elsewhere I had serrious issues with the owner of another place just around the corner with reguards his integrity but Ustun owners are nice people.

Not a lot to choose between the 2 aparts except one having a larger pool,but this is off set by the other having excellent owners who become part of your family.

If you have booked the Ustun you have done the right thing and will at least have peace of mind knowing your rooms are there when you arrive in Icmeler.
