Just Got Back

Hi All
Just got back from sunny Icmeler on Saturday. It has taken me this long to recover so I'll write my experiences now. Once again had a fabulous holiday, ate too much and drank too much vodka and efes. We went to the Dream 3 Bells a few times and found the food was great and the entertainment brilliant. the Robot show was a bit scary but really good. I'd never been to 3 Bells before so it was a nice surprise now that Apo and Tommy have got it, definetely worth a visit.
Went to Dreamboys, Champagne, Wonderboys, Pop Inn, Waterfall. The Jack Daniels steak in the Champagne was gorgeous, they've got a new chef this year. They were all really good although a bit quiet for this time of the year. The prices I thought had gone down but maybe it was just the excellent exchange rate that made me think that.
We stayed in the Uysal Apartments and couldn't fault them it was lovely. The maids even waited until we were out before cleaning which is something we hadn't experienced before.
All in all Icmeler is definitely the place to be and if anyone saw two girls waving frantically at the webcam on a daily basis it wasn't us, Honest!!

We only have 30 days to go, we are staying at the Siesta apartments, which is joint to the Champagne bar I beleive, thatnks for the recomendation on the steak, will definately try it!

Thanks for giving us a report on your holiday,it sounds as though you had a great time.
We also used the 3 bells quite a lot also the Lion Bar accross the road these two being my favourites I think,
then again I suppose I could reel of another dozen pubs and these also would be my favourites.

Thanks for your replies. The Robot show was a bit eerie they started off in a blaze of sparklers, etc coming in from the street. Then the music was a bit scary with someone shouting "Who's in the house" oooohhh. It was a good laugh and very well constructed but I'm glad I wasn't going home alone that night. Hee hee.
You'll enjoy the Siesta and the Champagne does have fab food. Say hi from Lynne and Joanne when you get there, we know them all really well.
Gene we always used to look across at the Lion Bar I'll definitely try it next time as it looked really good. Too many bars not enough nights is my problem. xx

The 3 bells I was on about is next door to Romeo and Juliets, just passed the Navy Hotel. This is the Dream 3 Bells. There is a 3 Bells near the disco but I've never been there. Hope this helps.

Hey all you lot that have just got back from your fab holiday in icmeler, i wonder if anyone can help me? I have been going to icmeler since 1998 and always have a fab nite out in Deniz Kapisi, was just wondering if it is still is good???? and if all the lads are still there that worked there last year? I go on the 77th aug and cant wait x
