If so did it take a while to get a reply?

never contacted them myself by email but i have heard from others that it does take them a long time to reply

Not really that long just about a week, but im used to Instant replies and my hotmail has been playing up lately so I thought it might have something to do with that, I think i just need to learn to be patient ha x

sorry to be bearer of bad news but i emailed them beginning of september and still havnt received a reply
hope you have better luck with them than i did
