How am I supposed to activate my email, please help

If you go to your user control panel (above) and click on board preferences, there is a bit which asks if you want other board users to be able to email you. Click on yes and that should do the trick. Members who have enabled this facility then have a wee envelope in the panel on the right hand side of their posts - you can click on that to email them.
