Do you mean Onur Air? if so yes we flew with them last year, we found it an ok flight the staff were very friendly and the meal was not bad also, we had lunch going out and breakfast coming home, do not know what meal we will get this year as we fly out at 8.30pm.

The duty free is quite good also get cheap fags all at reasonable prices, well we thought so.

Have nice holiday, when do you go?

Its pretty basic, take a packed lunch unless you like turkish breakfast or cold nuggets!

We flew out with them on the 23rd June came back 7th July. Everything was fine the food is a bit basic and there is no entertainment. Their flights always seem quicker than everybody elses, 4 hours coming home!!!

Hi

We went with them two years ago and had a 13hr delay coming home not once did they tell us why we were delayed there were a few angry people on that flight.
They keept us in the airport for 5hrs before taken us to a local hotel for something to eat we did not even get a room to change in and were left in the hotel lobby area with people fighting over the seats.

We had a 19hr delay going out last year with excel airlines.

We try to book with an english company now, but we have just had our flights for this year changed from Thomas cook to Freebird airlines.

I flew with Onur from Liverpool in May, no problems but the food was a bit naff (and cold) and there was no entertainment. The plane was really old though and on landing it kind of shuddered and sounded like all the outside was going to blow off!
In July I flew with Flyjet and they were better. Better (hot) food, and an in-flight movie.
Both airlines had no delays, both had older planes with little leg room and both took just over 4 hours.
I have not heard good things about Freebird but I am yet to experience their hospitality.......

Hope it helps.

I found Onur good to travel with, never ate the meal as find all airline food rotten. What I did like about using a Turkish airline was you weren't being offered scratchcards, expensive suncream  or donate your leftover cash to charity. Oh and the soft drinks were free. :)

I flew with Onur Air in June this year, I found the flight was fine, alot more leg room than most, we arrived on time and on the way back we left 5 minutes late but landed half an hour early. If you like you food take some extras as you don't get much and it is cold. On the whole I have no complaints about this air line. Hope this helps :) :)

i flew with them seven years ago it sounds like they still offer the same as back then no entertainment cold food but short flights so its swings and roundabouts i guess, at the end of the day the plane journey is just a means to an end any delays or lack or service soon get forgotten once you arrive. :D

flown with onur few times. Its a turkish airline so you get turkish food no surprises there! No films but I never watch them anyway so not missed. Service is good. Agree about more leg room. No complaints. Would fly with them again.
