Well, I won't be going back to this hotel :(

While I love the staff, I didn't get much sleep. The beds are like boards and because the layout is an atrium, when people arrive to book in in the middle of the the night their voices carry terribly.

I want peace while on holiday and I'm afraid I didn't get it at this hotel....................or am I just a very light sleeper?!

Have been staying at this hotel for a number of years now. Very disappointed with the staff this year. Changes took place last year and the "friendly feel" has gone. Now they all seem disinterested. Although we still love the hotel, it has everything we need, but dont know if we will go back. May be time for a change.

It was our first time at this hotel, firs time in Turkey in fact. So I had nothing to compare staff wise.

I spoke to people when I was there in May who go there every year and they also commented on the staff. The guy who used to look after the pool had left and also the manager/head waiter (not sure) who had been there for years.

He was actually visting at the time and recognised and hugged all the guests he'd seen before :)

Rose the owner, did recognise us and greeted us every day. The manager (with the baby) however never acknowledged anyone!

We used to stay here in the 1990's till about 2002 then the staff changed just wasn't the same after, but we never had a problem with noise and we used to have the two rooms ground floor.

My Hubby didn't wake up once, but that's not unusual for him! Once the call to prayer (5am I think) woke me, which I never minded as I love the sound. I could not get back to sleep.

Staff or guests talking, coughing, banging doors. On our last day we even had guests who had just booked in, very loudly I might add with no thought about how much noise they were making, trying our door with their key.

At least on the ground floor there is a corridor between the rooms and the reception area.

We have also had rooms on different floors over the years, but perhaps peoples attitude have changed and become more
"couldn't care less" I'm alright Jack, and wouldn't they be the first to complain about the noise,I think so.
