My friends have very mixed thoughts

Postby Jozzyd » 19 Sep 2010 19:42

My friends just returned today after 14 nights, first time ever to Turkey and (they had booked with Goldtrail) i changed their apartments (non ICR) but not good!!!!!! They did not see anything dodgy in their 2 weeks BUT as they were staying in the old village had the misfortune to see chickens being slaughtered for tea with a wire noose in the house next to theis apartments!!! It has put my friend of chicken for life!! And lambs waiting for slaughter for a kebab shop very close by!

This said, after a night travelling home, i could not gague their true impression as they were exhausted! Will update as soon as i can :) :) :)

Well, nevertheless, it does go on- even if no-one can see it. It has to as long as people want to eat meat. Obviously it is very distressing to see but chickens and lambs are slaughtered to be eaten, they do not die of old age! Makes me happy I am a vegetarian.

Food is food and its quicker like that than hanging upside down in a factory for the tables in the UK.

The lambs would not go to a kebab shop but to a table somewhere as that meat in kebabs is scraps and lips and all kinds.

At least there isn't a bull run in Icmeler hehehe
