We've been several times around this date as it's my birthday! There was only 1 week when we had a few overcast days and the odd shower of rain. Most places were up and running by then. I think it's a lovely time to visit because everything is all fresh and there is a sense of anticipation for what the new season will bring. Colette - look out - we may well be joining your little group! (We're considering going to Kusadasi around this time because it will be a bit cooler for a trip to Ephesus, so haven't finally decided yet).
