There was a slight error on my friends ticket to return home and when she got to the front of the queue at Dalaman they wouldn't let her check in, she was frantic as when she went to the Help desk they did not speak English, luckily a very kind Turkish man explained and they summoned the holiday rep who was at the airport and she sorted it but she was on a package and if the rep had not been at the airport she would have had a real problem.

Also if the flight was booked through us, we do not charge admin fees to alter stuff like that
