Icmeler 2011

Am looking at booking Ekinici Palace in June 2011, have found a great deal on it. I've been to Olu Deniz twice and wondered if anyone could give me ideas of prices in order to compare. For example:

large beer
coke
glass of wine
pizza
steak meal
Turkish casserole
sunbeds on beach

Any other advice on resort or hotel greatly appreciated.

hi wev'e done both places, oul deniz and icmeler in the same holiday.
Both different in many ways.
Olu deniz more sedate peaceful and icmeler fantastic atmosphere, beach, restaurants and friendly atmosphere.

weve stayed at the ekinci palace last year in september and its ok for what you pay.
Last year the pool area wasnt the cleanest and the apartments are basic especially top floor, no view.

Dont get me wrong it isnt bad but there alot better in icmeler.

If you want a small turkish hotel in the middle of the bay and 5 meters from the beach you cant beat the Kontes beach for me.

Sit outside on the balcony and a fantastic seaview is guaranteed. Im booking for 2012 very soon as they get booked up early.

There isnt a pool at the hotel but right on the beach and every hotel will let you use their pool as long as you buy a drink, food etc, We have used numerious pools when we have been there.

Sunbeds on the beach were 5 lira for 2 a day. Cant go wrong.

No need for all inclusive because you will go out every night because its so nice and too much choice.

Back in icmeler 4th september for two weeks, cant wait.

If you dont like it ill give you your money back!!!!!
