Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

This may sound a strange question. We are on our way to paradise again in September and we have some dollars left from a holiday last year. Does anyone know where we could exchange them for T L in Icmeler?

Alot of businesses take dollars as payment in Icmeler.I have good friends who own Metropol Sportswear)opposite the Kapmar Hotel 2 big palm trees outside) on main road that leads to the beach and they take most currencies.

Should not have a problem changing $US into TL ask at the supermarket underneath the ICR office

You won't have any problem at all, a friend of mine who had a shop in Icmeler used to favour dollars to pay for his stock!
They will take any currency as payment (even currencies I've never heard of!), so you won't have a problem using/changing your dollars!

Thanks Mazz.That's why I said my friends who have had a business in Icmeler for 15 years will take all kinds of currency so I don't see the point in changing it to TL.All money talks in Turkey!
