hi been readin.g some reviews about bonjour some said any food or drinks not allowed in fridge in your room

hi that is correct we stayed there last year and they came in our room at night on a few occassions whilst we were out and unplugged the fridge cos we had yoghurt in there ( for prickly heat reasons)!!!

You are not allowed to bring anything into any hotel in Turkey as they want you to buy from them

This may or may not be a silly question but what is the point of having a fridge in your holiday accomadation if you cannot put any food or drink in it???? I, myself would find this very unsatisfactory, I have not encountered this before and I have stayed at a great many different places in Icmeler.

Hi I stayed at bonjour in may with my family and we bought our own food and took it into the hotel. We didn't have any problems with any of the staff or owner there when we did so. Also our room did have a fridge in it. Hope this helps,

Hi Dont forget Bonjour has selfcatering apartments, aswel as hotel rooms, apartments have full services including washing machine. Hotel rooms just have mini bar style fridge and kettle, no other s/c facilities.

it's a lovely clean hotel and the staff are lovely but they just didn't seem to like me keeping yoghurt in the fridage for my heat rash ans i did ask them if it was ok, but cos we didn't eat there in the evening probl;ems arised ie: coming into our room when we were out at night to unplug the fridge, really think it's wrong to come into your room whilst you are out for the evening anyway.

Does the mini bar fridge not go off because you take your key card out when you leave the room, and that switches off the electricity? We noticed the fridge wasn't as cold when we went back to our room, but it soon got colder once we've been in it for a while. Just a thought...

We stayed at the Bonjour, in an apartment with a fridge.

We ate out all week so did not use it to keep food in, but we did use the freezer compartment for iced water and the fridge for cold milk.

I think the maids try to save electricity, maybe?....but the fridge worked separately from the air conditioning and the lights, so stayed on all day, even without the key in the slot.

The hotel section may be different, as I imagine they would not want you to use a mini bar for your own stuff.

Self-catering apartments, however are self-explanatory and you should be able to keep food and drink in the fridge if you want to...not everyone can afford to eat out every day and night.
