does anyone know if you can get a trip to fethiye from icmeler or marmaris and how much

No set Travel Agent trips by boat or coach but I am sure ICR could organise a trip for you.
Alternatively you could use the Turkish coach services which runs out of Marmaris via Dalaman to go to Fethiye..

You can get a dolmus (from where you are dropped by the Icmeler dolmus ) that will take you to the main bus station and then can get a bus to Fetheye. They run every 30 mins upto midnight. Not sure how much these days but was not much when we went 2 yrs ago. Good medium size coaches. Very comfortable. Takes about 2 hours.
