The Micheal Jackson Shows were once a novelty to see but have now become so repetitive year after year you find yourself avoiding them.
Now being a qualified Fuddy - Duddy I much more enjoy entertainment of a local Turkish thyme of music and dancing ,not including the male belly dancer.
I still have a vivid recollection of when on our first visit to Icmeler, many Moons ago, of Mary and I entering the Lighthouse restaurant one night where a Turkish dancing troupe of both Boys and Girls were preforming. With the help of the waiter we selected a table and headed off behind him towards it.At the table I turned to enquire from Mary if this location was OK only to see her as part of a chain of people consisting of dancers and customers heading out the door into the square. They did not return for almost 10 minutes out of breath, hot and sticky but had all experience something not to be forgotten.
Where are the true Turkish dancers now you used to see them everywhere, I do believe the Lal restaurant have them, did not get there in May but will pay a visit in September.....enjoy

John
