Just a big thank you to John and the ICR team,monday we got an email from our tour company saying that the apartment we had booked had been double booked and we could`nt have them.My wife went ballistic saying that we had made the booking last September not last week the response that they had drawn lots and we had lost out,they offered us someoyther aparts but we had already discounted them at the time of our original choosing.
We put all a call in t John who offered us an apart choice which we accepted (holiday back on panic over),Tuesday morning John phones the aparts are not available panic stations again.All day we searched the internet for alternatives found one at 7pm phoned the company,yes they are available gave John a call to let him know what`s happening and he said I`ve got your aparts sorted just now.Said sorry to the other company and waited by the computer for the confirmation,it` came through and we can no relax knowing we are not going to have to sleep on a sunbed on the beach.
thanks again to all at ICR I cannot praise you enough for being there in our hour of need

There seems to be quite a bit of this going on this year exactly the same has happened to us booked 18 months ago for club sun village then 2 months ago they decide they are overbooked Luckily we booked with ICR and they have sorted it within 24 hours and life is back to normal and we can enjoy our holiday
