Nothing to do with TC, delays could happen with any airline at any airport. I had a similar delay with Turkish Airlines, Aeroflot, British Airways, Lufthansa, Onur Air...so, its not the company to blame here, after all, they dont profit from delays and actually loose out alot.

Dalaman airport prices however its run by a private German company named ATM so you can always send your "regards to them" and share your thoughts with them about their tenants and their pricing policy. I can imagine swear words going around amongst the turkish workers but highly doubt that they would be personally aimed at any of the customers. Knowing Turkish words as a tourist and picking them out is a different thing, but knowing where and how they could be used is a total different thing and unless you are a good Turkish speaker, its merely impossible to come to a final conclusion of things in that respect.
