First time to Turkey . Staying at Kleopatra apartments. Any reviews or how far from centre appreciated. Also any general tips on Icmeler

hi huckleworcs.my missus & i stayed at kleopatra sept 2009 they are about ten minutes walk from the centre of icmeler round the back of tansas supermarket & very near the wednesday market. the aparts were very clean & very large. we stayed in a loft apartment which got very hot during the day.but had air con which made it bearable. jake who runs the place is ok but the rest of them ignored us cos we didn`t eat there after a very poor excuse for a turkish night. also only once got a sunbed round the pool the whole two weeks- you have to get up at silly o`clock to put your towels on the beds- we went next door to the oren aparts who made us very welcome. hope this helps .....steve

Yes helps a lot can you remember how much a/con was. We are going for 2 weeks

hi huckleworcs, sorry about the late reply to your question i`m a truck driver & just finished today (sat). i think it was £40 per week for air-con (well worth it cos it gets very hot in those attic rooms) & i think it was £10 per week for a safety deposit box.which are in your room. hope this helps......steve
