Please can eny one tell me are the safety deposit boxes at the dilhan in the rooms or at the reception and are they safe thanks jan.

The Safety Deposit boxes are at the reception area at the Dilhan and not in the rooms, as for are they safe,during my many stays at this hotel I have never heard of any problems concerning them.....

Hi Jan - the safes are the sort that need 2 keys ie a master key and the one you get

The safes are in a little lobby behind reception and the master key is generally left on the desk at reception even when there's no one around - like a lot of places
We didn't have any probs

thanks for that but how can u get the master key when no one is around at reception at the time u need it . jan

you just help yourself to it Jaguar - as I mentioned, when we were there albeit 5 years ago, they left it on the reception desk or in the drawer and you just took it to use along with the key you'll have been given
