Titanic is our favourite. We first went there in 2004, and am surprised you say about the attitude of Oscar and Mehment, we were there most days for breakfast last year, and couldnt have been treat better. They always went out of their way to chat to us, and are looking forward to seeing them all this year.

when we were there in June we never saw oscar but there was a guy called Memmet on the doors who looked like Elvis and he was absolutely brilliant could speak 4 languages fluently that I counted one night.
Akif was there and Memmet about 6 worked there in all. one was Ali G. David ,Jimmy, Mettin who I think english name Martin. If you see Akif just smell the Dolcie and Gabbana (?) after shave. FANTASTIC.
We had a really great time there most nights and had a good laugh especially when there was a power cut.

Hi Tracy
The guy on the door was Hassam. We know Memmet who married an English girl from North Shields. But the young lads worked like troopers,
as did the senior men. You must mention when you go that you have been in contact with 'straight line geordie' a nickname my husband picked up and just say ooooooooooooooooooh. see what happens.

Hi,
Are Oscar (aka Mehmet) and Mehmet from the front not there? We know Hassan - got very friendly with him last year, he was there last year on holiday - he was living in Norway, but was on holiday for 2 weeks, working for no pay and yes, we used to say to him, why are you working when you are on holiday and he said cos I love it here - we use to call him Elvis too!
I agree they are a great bunch of guys, made us feel so welcome, so I am surprised as some of the comments made by others, but never mind we will be there 2 weeks on Friday - cant wait! Especially for the leg of lamb!

I had several meals in the titanic over the last two weeks and they were great, no problems at all.
