These things occassionally happen, in 8 years travelling to Turkey my worse delay was coming home which was 12 hours but we were put in an all inclusive hotel.

I know a delay is a pain but unfortuately if a plane goes technical it's better to have the problem fixed before flying.

i think each flight is different and it depends where its coming from before it comes to take you
hope everything goes ok and there is no delays

just be pleased you were not the 8 am thompson from dalaman last thursday ,our flight was 5.am friday morning comming home with onur air ,and these people on the thompson flight were asleep all over the place still waiting 21 hours later not knowing when they would fly ,that would be a night mare and enough to put anyone off going again.

Thats terrible, surely Thompson should have been liable to put them in a hotel overnight, I can see some complaints hitting them after this one.

Oh how awful, two hours at Dalaman is enough for anyone!!! I'm surprised they weren't put up in a hotel it's not as if the airport is in the middle of nowhere!

We had a 27 hour delay with Thomsons 2 years ago june, and they really looked after us well. After 2 hours, we had a meal at Dalaman Airport, then we were bussed off to a local Hotel for the night. Dinner that night, followed by breakfast the following morning. Free phone calls to home to arrange pick-ups etc. Couldn't fault them to be honest.

Hopefully everyone else has been looked after as well as we were.

glad to hear a nice story about an airline treating their customers right
if they delay the flight there should be things put in place to make passengers as comfortable as possible during their wait
dalaman airport isnt exactly the best for entertainment
