Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

As this week the world cup starts, just wondering if everyone in Icmeler/Marmaris is getting into the
world cup spirit and cant wait for saturday. Im deffo getting ready and cant wait.
Where is everyone else waching the England games ?

Have heard the world cup atmosphere in turkey is fab, all the cheering from the bars and everyone out dancing in the street when turkey score!!! Whether the atmosphere will be the same now turkey aren't in the world cup i do not know

I will be watching all the games from the comfort of my home with a nice cold beer

well from the past experience i know that all the turks in the resort will support England which is great

the atmosphere will be amazing though

We go out on 5 July so will be there for semis and final only. So COME ON ENGLAND, we want to watch you in Icmeler as its our first time there and we want the experience!!

We were icmeler when the last World Cup games were being played and the atmosphere was super. When Turkey wasn't playing, they were rooting for England. We had quite a few free drinks when Turkey scored!! Sorry they are not in it this time. Looking forward to the games and possibly the freebies :!!

I think we have a good chance of getting to the semi's, so fingers crossed we are so you can experience it in icmeler I would love to be there for the world cup, even for one game....I can just imagine it. Unfortunately it will be well and truely over by the time i go on the 19th july

The only ball I intend to watch on holiday is a beach ball in the swimming pool.

I love football and even potponed celebrating our 2nd Anniversary over in Icmeler this year just so that we could be there for the last 2 weeks of the World Cup - good job i have a tolerent hubby lol

there are two teams I support ,Wales and anybody playin against England as we arent in the world cup COME ON SPAIN !! but I hope every one has a good time irrespective of who you support and if the atmosphere is anything like when the Euros were on its goin to be fantastic ,ahhh remember that night in Zazas when Turkey beat Russia what a night

Most of turkeys matches in the euro's were nail biting...all them goals in the last seconds!!! Nearly gave me a heart attack....can't imagine what it was like in icmeler

I noticed there has not been any post since the start of the World Cup and now it is ALL OVER did everyone who viewed in Icmeler still have as good a time as they anticipated.
