Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

Got back last night afetr 2 weeks. Icmeler has not really changed that nuch to be honest despite all the talk of buildings being knocked down. The resort is up and running as normal. Exchange rate not that great at moment typically 2.20 TL to £ although this did go up to 2.22TL towards the end. Weather was generally fine warm but not too hot and a few overcast days. Even had short bursts of rain a few times.

Ive done a review under the review section and will try to post some pictures later.

Welcome home and glad you had another good holiday in Icmeler. Just off to read the review now.

Great to hear all the positives about the place we all love, and that the changes haven't been too drastic. I can't wait to see the place again for myself in two weeks time.

Sabris was never busy which suited us just fine. Anyone who went in was very friendly and the palce just had a great vibe/atmosphere. I especially liked the music which was in the background, you couild hear it but it was not obtrusive. Sabri is also a very funny guy and I only wish I had discovered this palce years ago

I confess, I didn't actually do the walk, although my other half did - I was at Command Base HQ (otherwise known as Tommy's), keeping a watchful eye on proceedings...

I dont think I have been in Sabri's, where is it?

enjoyed your review...where is Sabri's its sounds like a bar i would like to visit,is it similar to the Magic Garden or Kactus which are generalyy a bar you can talk and have background music?

Hi Reesy, Sabri`s is attached to the Mete aparts, next to the Avlu 4, round the corner from the Tansas, towards the beach.
If that makes sense.

Great review blondie it just was not long enough
Everything you said is the reason we want to come back to Icmeler this year.
For us ,the old village is the place to be .

Went onto Aegean flights this afternoon and thats me all booked for next May, £305 for 2 flights from Glasgow which includes 15kg of luggage
