hi could you tell me whats happening with the iguana, ie for long term rental as single units or for sail as single units .

Iguana apartments are for Sale as single units or as a whole however until all sold, requests for long term rentals will be considered.

The average sale price per unit is £50K for 1br and £65K for 2br apartments depending on the unit.
The average price for Long Term rental is - £5,000 per year. Price is the same for 6 months.
