We went to Icmeler last year and met our daughter out there age 23 with her partner we stayed at the bonjour hotel and the gvuys there were / are fab like most turkish people, How ever me (not giving my age) would have gone clubbing at the drop of a hat and the guys from the bonjour said they would come with us make sure we okay, but my daughter was sacred . This year when we go back we are there for 1 week my daughter and her Fiance there for 2 it's my birthday i will be 44 not getting any younger i wanna go clubbing. Please advise is it safe enough and advice given appreciated. I love music and dancing and just wanna have agood night , Thanks aLL X X

Icmeler has 2 clubs - pleasure and eastenders and they are safe enough
not big places and are controlled by bouncers and are good fun
if you want to be more adventurous marmaris has bar street which is full of clubs and is a little more dangerous
if you decide to go to bar street just be careful and do the same kind of thing you would do to keep safe in the UK
going with turkish people is a good idea as the boys will keep you safe

we went to eastenders last year and had a great night go you will enjoy yourself and its a safe place

Never been to either but common sense would say buy your own drinks and never take your eye off of them!

Never been either, but just be sensible, dont carry too much money with you, watch how much you drink - but above all, have a great time, I am sure it will be a great night.

would say that eastenders is better than pleasure
as its bigger and pleasure is set in the basement underneath shops

But as the sign used to say, you can 'jump and shout' at Pleasure, ive always hated nightclubs.....meh

You will be perfectly safe in pleasure especially if you go with the hotel lads. Iv been getting into pleasure for years and never seen one bad thing happen and always felt safe, plus like people have said they have bouncers who are there.
If you go in after other bars you will notice after 12/1 am you will see the bar boys & staf from other bars/restaurants in there anyway so there will be faces you know

I've never been to either, as I'm not really a clubby person, but daughter (now 19) has been in both loads of times and had a great time. I never had any qualms about her safety either.

Hi, I have dragged my mum and auntie along a few times to both Eastenders & Pleasure. Although I prefer pleasure, they prefer Eastenders as they feel there is a more varied age group in and so don't feel so out of place.
They are both in their fifties!

It is very safe but obviously don't let your guard down too much. You wouldn't leave your drink unattended in a nightclub in England so don't do it in Turkey, just to be on the safe side. As someone else has mentioned, you will recognise the staff from the restaurants around Icmeler in the clubs enjoying the little free time they get!

It's good fun. My mum would never dream of going to a night club in England (and I wouldn't be seen dead wit her in one ha) but in eastenders there is a more varied age group and relaxed atmosphere.

go for it I say - i don't know if you normally go clubbing back at home, but the clubs in Icmeler are in my opinion a more civilised affair. you can have a table and get waiter service just like you would in a restaurant and as others have said, you will recognise a lot of familiar faces. never doubted the safety of the places and if the boys from the hotel are with you, there definately won't be any hassle!

Pleasure is very safe! When I lived there I was in this club every night and was taken care of!

My mums 46 this year and had a ball in pleasure, I would say depending on when you go, you will see mixed age group in both clubs.

Then again, you will have enough time to go to both. I know that if it's your birthday Pleasure will make a big fuss of you and have balloons out around the seated area where you and your friends and daughter can sit. My friend Lindsey owns the club along with her partner and they do a great job! Have a fab time wherever you decide to go
