Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

We were thinking of buying a new digital camera before we came to icmeler, end of june, but wondered, what prices are like there?
Also, Im a bit wary, only cos of all the rip-off stories I've heard bout people buying a camera/phone etc and unknowingly, it being swapped under the counter for a useless bit of rubbish.
Now, Im not saying anywhere is icmeler is like that, just that I dont know, and money wise, is it better to buy one here.
Not long now..............its so soon, its doing my head in !!

hi having been to icmeler for the past ten years noticed that phones cameras etc are much higher price than back home same for photo developing much better to get photos developed back home,so my advice would be to buy one here and snap away at beautiful icmeler.

Yeah, most shops seem to be a year behind the uk with their stock and much more expensive, especially mobile phones

buy one in the UK as in turkey the electrical items such as phones and cameras are much more expensive than in the UK
something to do with more tax to the government
so buy one in the UK and take it over to icmeler and get taking those lovely photos

Try pc world, Currys or Comet, they do some good ex display models quite cheap

WOW! Well that settles it, and yeh, thats what I'll do. Some crackin' bargains about at the minute. Currys, asda etc. Looking forward to taking loads of pic of icmeler and of course, all the trips we're going to do.

Thanks again, i am bringing some old broken gold with me though and hopefully getting some earings made.
