Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

Arrive 24th May and whilst looking on Forum noticed there is new apartments being built on site. Does anyone know if they are ready or is the area like a building site?

they are all ready dont worry
there is a new a pool with 2 waterslides at the side
and i think 20 new rooms which are attached to the main building
im sure you will have an amazing holiday
there are pictures of it on facebook if you go on

Many thanks Katie for your prompt response. We have been to Icmeler a number of years ago but not to Greenworld. We are really looking forward to it but disappointed to read that it has been raining. Hopefully it will be dry and sunny when we arrive.

Hi this will be our first trip to Icmeler and we are staying at the Greenworld apartments - I've seen the pictures on Facebook and it looks great. Can anybody tell me the names of some bars and resturants and the nearest supermarket that are within a short walking distance from Greenworld or is it best to get the dolmus - 6 weeks and counting...

Greenworld has a little market inside it and thats ok for any little things that you need like toilet roll or a drink
the nearest market is like a 5-10 min walk but if you want to do a big shop its better just getting on the dolmus as it will take you directly into the centre for tansas and then straight back to the door of greenworld
means no carrying
the nearest restaurant is probably tommy's which is a good 10 min walk i would say
i would just jump onto the dolmus and go into the town centre where you will be spoilt for choice as they are very frequent especially at night
im sure you will have a lovely holiday in icmeler great choice
