Hairdressers

Postby LJM » 14 May 2010 20:58

[color=#FF0040]Always head to the hairdressers when in Icmeler as I have always thought they are excellent value for money compared to UK prices

Can anyone tell me which of the many hairdressers in Icmeler really is the best - especially for cut and highlights?

Thanks all
:D

Sorry, I cant help, I have never had my hair done over there, I usually get it done here before I go. The only thing I have had done is the string thing, you know to pluck eyebrows and facial hair etc.

Ouch!!! Threading... the eyebrows are OK but the facial hair.... a form of torture!!

The hairdressers under the Prince Apartments (a couple of doors down from the Sultan jewelers, opposite Cupids restaurant) are very good, can recommend a manicure/pedicure there too!

Erhan, was at the Mersoy last year, maybe Shaz or Michelle could let us know if he is still there this year ?

Fantastic! Anyone who saw me with my black and red hair will know what I mean, he is excellent, can't wait for October to get it done again

Hello and Yes Erhan is still at the Mersoy and personally i feel like many others is still as good as ever. Prices for hairdresssing are all about the same in resort at the moment. Erhan listens to what you want and will give you a few ideas on what he thinks will suit you and im sure you wont be disappointed.

Hi

I always use Karizma, just down past Wonderboys, they are brill. Normally i only have a wash and blow dry but last year took the plunge and decided to have foils, and they were fantastic. The only downside was that in the salon they had the aircon on so i had to go and sit outside in the heat for the bleach to take, god that was so embarrasing sitting outside with a head full of foil!!! What made it worse was when a little turkish lad sat at the kebab place took one look at me and started screaming in fear!!!!!!!

This year i think i will stick to a wash and blow wave lol

We always go to the one along from Florida mum has used here for a few years, I can recommend a pedicure, manicure/acrylics the woman is fantastic and last year I took the plunge to get foils and have to say the guy was great and it looked great. We managed to get my foils, cut and blow dry, mums hair cut, both had pedicures, eyebrows threaded, mum had manicure, me acrylics and also face mask thing and got it all for just over £80 well worth it. Hair done here the other month was £70 alone :( Roll on September :)
