Hiya we stayed here last year in Aug, nice area although make sure you ask for a room looking outwards as most of the rooms are facing into the building and have no window's just small balconies, pool area can get very shaded in the afternoon.
Breakfast served in Blondie’s Restaurant next to hotel; Turkish night is fantastic value for money.
Owner and staff are lovely, anything else you want to know just ask and if I can help I will.

Hi not sure where the blue rainbow is but the Miray is down the side street at the mandarin restuarant, its across from the liniker bar (think their might be two liniker's) and if you know blondies bar its above it.

yes I would imagine an outside room is a must because of the noise alone from blondies, linekars and Joes bar! Ideal location if you like these kind of bars although not next to the Blue Rainbow :-)

You've got it wrong Doz, having an outside room looks onto these bars, but I would rather have that than a dark room with no air day or night, noise was not an issue as the bars mentioned turned the music down at 12. and it was nice to get up and watch the world go by if you can't sleep. We had the room above the entrance to the Miray and I didn't find it a problem and I like my sleep.

Miray was our first hotel in turkey and we loved it so much, we went again the next year but the bar had changed from blondies to troy and the bar staff where not our cuppa tea bit pushy and played rap music with swear words which i didnt like as there was kids there so thats why we didnt go back
I was so glad when the blondies bunch came back there a great bunch.

Ideal location right in the center of Icmeler and only five minutes from the sea front, this must be one of the hotel where guests benefit the most by the music being turned down at midnight.
I say this with having had the experience of staying at the Private Hotel, which is close by, years ago when there were no restrictions and the noise went on until day brake

Liked reading this thread. Arriving Monday and stopping in the miray for 11 nights. Only thing bothering me now after reading all the replies is if i'll get an outside room or not. Have tried to find an e-mail address, (probably won't get anywhere by asking for one but i never know)but can't find one. Anyone any idea of the e-mail address?
Thanks.

Hi sarah,
The Hotel will only be able to allocate you a room that is available at the time you arrive and must likely unable to keep a specific one for you. This is because people are now arriving almost everyday and a room has to ready to receive them. If what they give is not suitable request to be moved to a room that will once it becomes free, you find that most Hotels do this for their guests.

hi sarah i am staying at the miray for two weeks at the begining of september i e mailed the owner who is called omer he told me not to worry as they only have a very few internal rooms but i believe he said they have 61 outward facing rooms so he would be able to guarantee me one of them so i think it would be a good idea to e mail omer and ask after all he can only say no ,but as the last post said they can only give you another room if one is available hope you have a great time and as your going before me please post all the details of the hotel and no doubt the great holiday your bound to have.
