money exchange

can anyone help me decide where i should change my sterling over here at the post office they want £1 for 2.07 lira that vdoesnt seem a good rate to me , can anyone tell me if ill get a better rate in icmeler,please :wink:

you will most likely get a better rate in icmeler, the rate over here never seems any good. I always take my money in travellers cheques (commission free if you are with lloyds bank) then just change them over there when you need to.

You should get a much better rate in Icmeler.The supermarket under the ICR office or the supermarket opposite Romance restaurant are normally very good.

thanks for that i also have some euros from my last holiday can you change this currancy in to lira

Hi There,

I got 2.19 at Thomas Cook last week. I onlyever take about £50 in lira and then the rest in sterling, usually get a much better rate in Icemeler

A lot of the restaurants take stirling for payment and you normally get a good rate too!

Yes you can change euros into lira aswell :D
