why is our thread locked

could someone let us know why our thread on the bahar apartments have been locked as we have booked these and was just getting some usefull information about them if it is personal between someone they should keep iit that way sent messages to the people in charge but had no reply thanks to the people who gave us some peace of mind about the bahar on the original thread
