we are coming to icmeler in july freinds are staying in altinkium but want to come to see us can they get a bus or boat or is it to far

Using the Goggle Map the travelling time by car from Altinkium (Didium) to Icmeler is 3hrs 45mins.

I would judge that a coach trip would take a little bit longer.

hi its a long ride for a day,could be 2 buses, i think a stay over is the answer. transfer from bodrum in a fast mini bus [which i,ve done] is 3 hours and altinkum is further. i would wait till i got there for more details. BILL

Last year we drove from Icmeler to Altinkum to visit friends and stayed overnight at the Didim beach,sorted for us by Donna,John and Rami.It took about 3 and a half hours steady driving.Theres some lovely views on the way.

We used to have a property in Altinkum and spent all summer 2007 going back and forth from Marmaris to Altinkum and reverse. We ended up making friends with a local taxi driver from Marmaris who gave us a lift each way. We have done it by bus but it was a long long trip having to change twice I seem to remember. Taxi was by far more comfortable and quicker and due to the fact there were 5 of us it actually worked out the same price as paying for us all to go on the bus.
