Woke up this morning and it is throwing it down with rain.
So suggested to the wife should I get the cases out of the loft in readyness for our hols.
Dont be daft was the reply.
We go on the 30th May and I just thought we should be getting prepared.
Last minute packing again by the looks of it.

I've just got suitcases out of the loft to prepare for a little Easter break in Somerset but I was thinking about leaving the cases out when we get back - we're due to go to icmeler on 21st May. We've also got a special drawer where we're storing all our toiletries, etc. that we're gathering ready for our trip. Just wish the weather would realise that it should be summer now. I'm fed up with all this wind and rain and snow that's been forecast!

Im dreading getting our cases down in August, i busted the handle on hers pulling it up into the loft last september, she only bought it 3 weeks before! oh well....i will say it was mice....

Good old british summer time was snowing last night and lying this morning. I've been freezing all day and wet through, how i wish it was the 22nd May strolling in the sun and stopping at various watering holes to cool down with an effes. I have never met you gene but have come to know you through your posts I will keep one cold for you when you arrive a week later (and if I dont spot you it will not go to waste)

I'm sure something could be arranged I tend to agree with other posts regarding the friday night perhaps a midweek night would be better not so many leaving and arriving. I for one hope to meet some of the forum members I have enjoyed this forum since my last holiday in Icmeler it keeps the memories fresh and thanking them in person would be nice

Gene and Anne can not wait to meet you again last time was in the old famous kitchen that was about 8 years ago lol.
