Ours has to be Holiday Bar near to Selen 2 as I watched my team win the league there last Thursday.
The boys in the bar, Mehmet, Omar, Ali, Adam and Rafi, and the excellent food also helped. In the words of a famous strongman, "Ah'll be back."

bigjimmy , Pleased to hear you comments about The Holiday Restaurant.
Mehmet emailed me last week but wasnt sure if Ali was back after his Army stint , as Omar the chocaholic is back we will bring him a treat or two when we go at the end of June.

Janden,
I am sure Omar will be delighted to hear about the chocolate. I plan to return in September and was threatened into promising some. Mehmet was also begging for maple syrup and gravy granules, "ahh" am sure you will know the brand.

Just thought I'd ask the same question as looking to try a few new places this year.

Pop in and Waterfall keeps being mentioned.
Can you tell me where they are?

fAVOURITE RESTAURANT

Postby icmelerbabe » 29 May 2008 11:18

Hi there my favourite restaurant is Charlies Place Ristourante & Bar.My friends Sakir & Charlie are there and it's the only place to go they will always make you feel welcome whenever you come to Icmeler and if you ever need any help or information be sure to ask them!Sakir has worked in Icmeler for 19 years. They can take you back to your apartment/hotel after your sumptuous meal there and if you like a full English breakfast its only 5 YTL about £2.40.I am going to Icmeler on Friday and can't wait! It is situated next to Elvis supermarket and Garanti Bank

We stayed at the Efes Inn, and the food in their Beach Bar was the best we have had, in the 4 years we have been going to Icmeler.

The Leg of Lamb on a Sunday, is to die for, and I had the best Fillet steak, of my life in their the other week also. The waiters are a really nice bunch aswell.

Failing that, Jimmy's Okimo, and Charlies Place are exceptional.
