Been talking to some of my friends who work in Icmeler & they are returning from their home towns in about 10 weeks.

Not long until the season starts.......

At a height of nearly 1100ft (almost 335 metres) above sea-level, not much risk of flooding here. Famous last words eh !
No rivers close by, Trent & Mersey canal is about the closest, but it would have to be very deep to reach us up here.
The worst thing we get is it's always windy, very windy.
