I am eagerly awaiting the comments of others who stayed there.

Hi Peevo
I got back last Monday and to be honest i can't see what all the fuss was about. I got room 208 at the back, although small it suited my son and me to the ground. We were offered a sea view room after a couple of days but were happy to stay put. The manager was a bit of a grump at first but i got him talking round the pool one day and he was great after that. The staff were fantastic, especially Mehmet, Ali and Aidan and never bothered us once to eat there. We did eat at the pool most days and the food was delicious and very reasonable. I thought the pools were lovely and had sunbed area more or less to myself most of the time. All in all i loved the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Anyone else have a different view? :D

Well I would have to say you should not really have to persuade him not to be a bit of a grump.....where I work he wouldnt last.If you are in customer service the onus is on you.....especially today massive competition.I would be embarrassed if I was him and read this!
