Just the one for me now - mind you, I was wakened shortly after 5am this morning with torrential rain streaming down the bedroom window, so I might not get much sleep tonight! It better not rain tomorrow - how am I meant to splash through the puddles on my way to the airport in my holiday sandals?

47 to go,flying at 7.45pm from Glasgow.The holiday will begin a couple of hours earlier when the luggage is checked in and i go to the bar for an overpriced pint of lager.

14 days of bliss to follow oh and about half a stone in weight.
