I can't get the new webcam. Anyone else getting unknown error on the screen after loading? If anyone is and is knowledgable enough to fix it themselves could you please send any info onto me if you manage to solve the prob? Thanks Sue :cry: :cry:

just put mine back to normal and still no web cam

think I will do the cookie dance and see if that helps as it might be referring to old sessions still

Its working for me- its alot clearer than the last one. Well done, there's even life in Icmeler, cars and people to be seen this evening.

Using dad's laptop with vista on it and its working fine albeit its pitch dark there but there is the light where the work is going on and can't believe how much they have done ther in such a short space of time.

I'm running XP the webcam is OK during the night, but just a white blank screen during the day with the ICR logo showing and the time, which is updating, this implies that the streaming is OK. I would asume that the black/white level/balance of the camera or the software running the camera needs setting up for daylight. Jeff

Same here during the day,grey screen with ICR logo in the top left corner
in the bottom left when I put the curser on it it says perfect reception but no picture but at night is great.

Camera ind working but is definitely the white balance thingymijig.

Just got to wait for Rami to visit the office and fix it but until then you will all have to be nocturnal
