The Love Boat is great and especially if you want something a little bit special. The presentation of their food
is second to none, and the service and cleanliness is also first class.

I wouldnt eat there all the time, as there are so many other good restaurants, but, as I said, for something special I dont feel you can beat it. :P

I would have to say Majestic, Captain Bullshits and also Charleys next door to Linekars. Charleys set meal is excellent value for money and the Majestic's Chinese set meal is the same

Have not had a bad meal in Icmeler but my favourite is Travellers Rest ,large in quantity so good value but surprisingly good quality and taste also .Home made pies and traditional fish and chips and owned by a lovely Yorkshire Lass.

we loved the venice, and ate there several times, until our last night, we had a VERY rude waiter, he brought us all large drinks even the kids, and that came to 34 lira when the bill came, i asked for salad instead of the usual veg and he said no, we could only have what was on the menu....rude little man

but the rest of the time we loved venice......and travellers rest.....and captain bullshits ( thats now had a name change) we also had a fab meal at the ELIF on the beach.

When we are back in 4weeks time we intend to change our routine and visit other restaurants that we have never been to on any of our previous holidays in Icmeler. I have noted a few restaurants mentioned on this topic such as Ozzy's Cupids, Holiday and Romance as place we are going to try.
Now this is easy to say but explaining it to the lads at the restaurants we usually frequent will be the hard bit as we would hate to make them think we had a problem with them.....Enjoy

my own personal choice is Vinces,Bonjour and Venice i also think the Loveboat is overated and not just because of the cost because as i have said before you pay for what you get ,its just i didnt like the food a personal choice. Jeff

yeah beech your right the loveboat is full everynight
my boyfriend has to work long hours like i know they all do but just cause the amount of people they have to serve
however i do think the loveboat has lost its touch a bit this year but i think thats due to the boss being so strict
he needs to relax and let his staff have fun

last year when we were staying in the old village we used to walk the long way down to the center and noticed, "Cafe Rosa" at least thats what i think its called. It looked lovely, but never actually ate there. Has anyone eaten there, if so whats it like, what are prices like, may try it at the end of the month.
