diva for a relaxing efes or 3 with Naz and Gulay and sevgi for the brilliant cocktails made by gengis and the warm frindly welcome given by arif and gorky. Diva is especially good after the music stops if you like an extra drink and chilling out having a kebab with Naz and co. :D

Having been to Icmeler quite a few times and reading the forum, i think most of the bars are good. I think it is down to personal taste and choice, but i like Deja Vu. The measures are large and in proper glasses, not tall skinny ones that make you think you have a large drink. After midnight when the music and dancing quietens down a little the lads will come and sit with you and talk basically till the stars go home. No pressure or hassle and they will still make chocolate milkshakes for our George at 2 or 3 in the morning!!

Hiya

For me the best bars vary from Harmony for the Stella Show, Havanas and Timeless, at the top of the canal The Sports Bar and then down by the canal Venice and The Bamboo Bar.

But as long as they sell cocktails, they all are my favourite I guess

While there a couple of weeks ago heard the stella show is moving to the Robin Hood when the current licence runs out as he now owns that bar

most nights I went to Deja Vu, its a great bar, this was my 4th time in 2 years and its like going home. they all make you so so welcome. the entertainment is funny though not professional but then they aren't professional dancers and its a good laugh and not to be taken seriously. i went to the red lion a couple of times and they are also welcoming but dont have the same room for entertainment. also tried the venice, had a very good meal and the dancing waiters were good there to but my favourite is definately DEJA VU. hoping to back in october. By the way how do they remember the names of the thousands of visitors who go through the resort every summer and still remember you next year. :D :D :D :D

None that I know of specialise in just 80's style but it will be included somewhere during your night out. If it's not you won't remember the next morning anyway.Best to leave your Glamrags and Platfroms at home will save on luggage allowance.......enjoy

Best Bar has to be Havana, no hassle there, just good drinks and fun. One bar I can go in on my own and not worry bout being hassled at all.

Hmmm, I'd have to say a number of places..
I think the small Miami bar towards the old village is a nice little place, fantastic value for money and it attracts a lovely crowd.
They have only a small amount of staff, but they're fantastic, patient and very polite.
Tommy's in the old village is also a really nice restauraunt. Food is amazing, and perfect for people and families who don't like all this crazy entertainment, just a nice night watching football and a nice cold carlsberg will be fine for me!
Wonderboys also is a nice family bar, no food - just nice, cold drinks with impeccable service.
The staff there are fantastic and very, very friendly who have become to be great friends of mine and my family!
Hope you all get to check out these lovely places and have fantastic holidays! x

Went to Deja Vu a few times (apartment was only along the road), food was good as was the service and no hassle at all, well apart from being singled out one night by Ishmael (You CLAP now!!) the gay belly dancer that is. But that was all in jest. :D

Tried various bars through the week and apart from varying prices for Efes cant say found a bad one at all.

The ones we frequent most are za zas havanna bar and we like friends as like viking pete we are of a certain age and the music is good but I found since the refurbishment of friends their prices have increased quite a bit so its more of just a coupe of drinks and a chill out and zazas for the heavy nights
