Hi bakerysteve the best thing to do is check out the members gallery, there are quite a few "mug shots" on there . We met up for the first time last year and didn't know anyone except through the forum, but we all became friends and look forward to seeing everyone again, just miss our friends Mary and Phill by a few days but there is always next time.

Bakery Steve, if you go to Vince's, then you will probably see Shaz, the ICR Supervisor there, blonde haired, just let her know you are from ICR and she will let the others know. If Shaz isnt around, just ask for Vince.

I was on the point of coming over to see if it was you, as you had described your party in a previous topic.
BUT !! you all got up and dissapeared
Ill be looking out for a -"disruptive influance"- in Starbucks on the 8th.

Hi Peli, no am sure it was not us, we are so quiet and genteel you must have been mistaken We are booked on Onur 380 which leaves Manchester at 11.00a.m. Friday 8th May, so will keep our eyes peeled for you (we have had a sneak look at your photo on gallery) but do speak to us if you spot us first. There will be four of us, three grey and one brownish, all being very quiet and well behaved

We have walked past Vinces dozens of times over the years, and had a coffee and brandy most nights in Cafe Anns. But up to joining the forum last year was not aware,- [Bull-Shit and Creeping comeing here now Vince ],- of the- "Importance"- of this watering hole.

I think I read on the forum somewhere the words " Scottish Tablet and Vinces" MMMMmmmm.
I have not had home made tablet since my Granny passed away a few years ago.
And guess what Iam staying at vinces this year June 30th for 1 week.

Now if some of this hame made tablet was to find its way in to a secure location ( SAFE ) untill I arrive on 29th June , I think I might just leave a few wee drinks behind the bar for the tablet makers next visit.
So as not to be greedy I will share it wih my kids HONESTLY.
Just a wee corner will do not the whole slab.

If I have not begged enough , can I also say that its my birthbay on the 16th July and will be staying at Baba Tuncay during this time, What a nice wee birthday treat that would be.

We have just found out that our flight time has been put back 12 hours so we unfortunately wont make the meet up on 13th but will be calling into vinces within our holiday so hopefully meet up with some of you then, not long now cant wait
