X.L in LIQUIDATION

we were out there when it went bust!
didnt affect us.............but a couple with a six month old baby were told 6 hours before their flights home that it was cancelled!
they booked direct with xl for the flight...............no cover............cost then 750 plus to get home!
tese peole who run such companys...........usualy with thousands of pounds a week in wages.....should automaticaly have their assets and bank accounts frozen and made to ensure that trusting customers dont have to stuggle and worry about things!
