With the help of DKSBBS (aka Mr Moonlight) we have just procured our musical group for the evening of the 22nd February for the meet up at the Liverpool One Bridewell.

Im afraid Chris and me wont be able to make it to the winter social, we are going to save our money and try for a flight to Icmeler next December to spend New Year out there if it is at all possible. Will have to give you a ring later in the year John to see if there are flights at that time of year.

What's the cancellation policy? Is that an option? and then rebook.

You can cancel without a fee so I suppose I could do that. It would be cheaper but I'm afraid if I cancel the room might then go? Is it worth risking?

I just quickly checked on the Premier Inn site and the cheaper prices are for the non-flexible option. The one I have booked allows me to change my booking or cancel up to 1pm on the date of arriving. Not that I plan to cancel but if I have to due to illness or something, I can. Hence, bit more expensive.
