Arrived back home yesterday morning and ate in some great restaurants, returned to previously visited places such as lal and wayside, both quality in food and service, also visited a place called golden moon located near the cactus bar which offered good food and reasonably priced imported larger.Found another good place called the wine house where the food quality was fantastic and a house white wine costing 18 TL and was ok,very quiet restaurant and would certainly head there if we ever go back to icmiller..waterfall provided its usual good food, service and ambiance and we ate there twice. Our final night we ate on the front at the bamboo, mine was okish as had mixed grill but the rest looked pretty average and combined with an over powering pain in the arse waiter it made me wish we had visited the karim I think its called on the canal but hey you can't get it right all of the time but we came close...

Try Tommy's in the Old Village Turkish meals, Steaks, Sunday Roast with the biggest Yorkshire pudding you've seen, no hassle clean and very friendly staff, and if you go Fri/Sun quiz and karaoke and Sun. Quizgo if you like a laugh.

Sorry to contradict Johnny H but definitely not Romance - not if you don't want to be charged for fictional drinks and have the waiters try to make a pass at your wife!!

just got back ate out every night at Ozzys, The Red Lion, Florida, Titanic, The Wayside, The Three Bells, The Dream Three Bells, Richards Place, Champagne, The Waterfall, The Love boat, Captain Bullshit and Venice we thought that Florida and The love Boat were the best but all were nearly as good as each other but the only one we were not impressed with was Venice as we were all with an upset stomach the next day.

Just back from Icmeler and the prices have gone up since I last went. I have 4 kids so it was no clubbing etc for us.

We went to Travellers,Coco Beach,Scotia and New Sound Bar for meals. Per person you looking at 7 to 10 pounds per person. What kills you are the Drinks 4-9 lira..

Came home Friday after three glorious weeks in Paradise. Must say the best meals in all the three weeks was at Captain Sinbad up in the Old Village. It never fails to impress. The food is absolutely gorgeous and the family that runs it are fantastic.

I completely "second this" opinion. Me and my friends out there and it was awful (putting it nicely!). The food tasted VERY salty, prawn crackers were extremely dry and not in my opinion at all how chinese flavours should be.
