When we booked out Thomas Cook flights a month or so ago we weren't told that we needed to do this? Will we get a letter or email about it nearer the time or do you think it's worth phoning them?

hi Rachel06 yes you will have to do this, it should be on your confirmation invoice, if not get the web address from where you booked it. I will have to mine just waiting for a new passport. I believe talking to people going soon, there could be a problem with the site ! but keep trying and if no joy, maybe it can be done at the airport would welcome some feedback on this, if anyone has any yet .

with thomas cook you should get an email about 2 weeks before you fly reminding you to complete your advanced passenger information.

redrhino12 wrote:Go to Aegean Website
Click on View Booking at the top of the page.
It will ask for ref(invoice number) enter this but leave off the dash and any following Numbers.
Enter lead name but only put in the surname and no initial.
Then enter passenger details as requested.

It is quite simple and you will need everyones passport at hand who are on the booking.
Updates can be made at a later date if needed.

Gene

Thanks for this Gene....I had tried to input the info but it was not recognising the booking reference when I put the dash and following number in.I checked the posts on here as I was going to have to make a phone call to aegean and its all sorted.Thankyou very much!Julie :)

For anyone that has booked H4U or Aegean flights through us or anyone else for that matter then you need to go to www.aegeanflights.com or www.h4u.co.uk and follow the instructions on the website.

Hi John admin,
Is A1 part of the H4U group?
If so , should I just go to H4U.

Cheers
Garry.

No A1 is not part of the group.

They do the same as us and book flights with H4U so just go onto H4U and input your details
