I have said this before on the forum, I don't have holiday spend and never buy clothes or jewellery but my spend buys cat food. And I order meat dishes in the restaurants but don't eat meat. I love seeing the little cat's faces when they are having a good feed. There was a mother and kittens living in a wheelie bin behind our apartment last year they were well fed for the 2 weeks we were there. If I won the lottery they would all come home with me. As an animal lover I can't think past when I see them and not what will happen to them. Think I will be a recluse in later life with 50 cats and no money

Just got back and saw a couple of dogs walking around but its difficult to see if they are strays as they dont appear underfed or neglected. As the owner of a rescue dog myself and a daughter who worships dogs, none got unnoticed by us! We did see a few dogs with their owners and were well treated especially a lovely little terrier on the beach with an old man selling boat trips, he told us his name was 'pup' and he was more human than humans!! :D
