We hired a car last year to visit some friends in Konya. On the way back, we stopped at some (I can only describe it as a Motorway Cafe) place for breakfast. We chose a cheese omelette to share, and when they brought it out, the look put me straight off. It was in a clay dish and looked raw, but the heat of the dish was actually still cooking it. Oh boy, it was the nicest omelette I have ever had. Tried to copy it at home, but not quite the same.
