Water is something we need to survive.

I wouldn't pay that much so why should others

As I said there are rules and they are there to be adhered to but what they don't see they cannot complain about

there are many water-well type things dotted around icmeler (especially around the old village) and the water from these is perfectly safe to drink. you see all the turkish people filling up their empty bottles at these.
