i have tried to register on this many times and it wont recognise my pass word, then i try and register again and it says i am a member been trying for months

Under the log in and password there is a line in blue which says forgotten your password press that that HT should send you a reminder of what your password is to your email address

I have done all that but it says contact administrator as my account is inactive, any ideas?
