if jt is a bit worried about the numbers we would be happy to add a bit more on the day as it will be our (members) exlusive trip and the exchange rate is so good this year

You have enough on the boat now John so as you are what I class as the organiser I would now leave it to you to discuss how many more you want on the boat

Dont forget the young kids wont be bothered taking a sun lounger so you should have 10-15 loungers spare at the moment but if you want to keep it as is now then of course its ok.

if you get in touch with icr they will help you with prices, i think there will be pasta, chicken, salad, bread etc, for food,soft drinks and alcohol.

Hi we paid full price for our 14 year old who also just drinks soft drinks if thats any help. Also are group are getting picked up from two different hotels and I go tomorrow:-) how will I know what time we are getting picked up on the 29th

Normally pick up is 9:30ish but don't forget there will be a few pick up points

Kids over 12 are full price

I think it would be a good idea for everyone to go into the office sometime before the boat trip and give the girls your names and also where you are staying for pick up
